I was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved to entertain. My mom says when I was a little kid growing up in Seoul, I would sing for strangers on the city bus and perform dance routines on top of my grandmother’s kitchen table at family gatherings.

Shortly after moving to Pittsburgh, I enrolled in an after-school theatre program, where I finally had a proper outlet to unleash all the creative energy bubbling inside of me. There, I fell in love with acting, and I haven’t stopped since.

After high school, I followed my dreams to Chicago, where I was accepted into the BFA Acting program at The Theatre School at DePaul University.

The past four years have been an incredible adventure—I’ve learned and grown so much, surrounded by the most talented and passionate people I’ve ever met.

As I get closer to graduating in June 2026, I feel eager to step out into the world and tell stories that ignite joy, love, and empathy with all that I have learned so far.
